Sports and Yoga $340
A great way for your four year old to end their day! Children will have fun while learning about a different sport each class, such as, soccer, basketball, volleyball, baseball, etc. At the end of each class, the children will have a chance to take a break from the stresses of everyday life while they learn lifelong tools of stress management and relaxation. Yoga practice is filled with joys and rewards and it is never too early to start. They will learn different yoga poses and breathing techniques, as well as how to build strength and flexibility, improve coordination and focus, and learn cooperation and friendship.
Art: Amazing Artists $340
Each week, children will read about various artists, their craft and their unique artistic technique and then test it out themselves. Paint like Monet, sculpt like Henry Moore, and create a Picasso inspired collage.
