The Invention Lab is a gallery of inspiring technology, an interactive children’s museum and a modern day equivalent of the Renaissance "cabinet of curiosities."
The Invention Lab is also home to a variety of activities for Elementary and Preparatory students. Our students attend technology classes twice a week, along with additional time as appropriate to their curriculum. Activities are oriented toward building competence and confidence in problem solving, creativity, invention, mechanics and construction. A variety of skills are developed using tools including computing, electronics, puzzle solving, collaborative building of systems, and robotics. We insure that students acquire digital and organizational skills they will need in their academic subjects, but we approach this in a way that ensures learning these skills is fun and creative.
